Amending the Contract after it is signed

Amending the Contract after it is signed

Are there changes that the vendor wants to make after the seller has already signed?

Once the buyer has signed the contract this is a legally binding offer to purchase. Any changes made to an offer becomes a counter offer. If the seller wants to make changes to the terms and conditions contained within the contract once it is signed by the buyer, the contract must go back to the buyer for them to initial any changes made.  If the contract does not go back to the buyer it could be argued that the contract is invalid. Not sure what changes need to be sent back to the buyer? Give us a call and we can help!
