Settlement before Christmas

Buyers and Sellers are often eager to complete their settlement prior to the end of year shut down.

The following requirements must be met prior to settlement being brought forward:

1. Documents in order;
2. All parties in agreement;
3. Searches returned from the relevant authorities;
4. Buyer and Seller’s banks (if applicable) ready to settle.

If the above items are met by each party there is no reason that settlement is unable to be arranged earlier than the due date and just in time for the holiday break.

Our office is committed to helping as many buyers and sellers complete settlement prior to the Christmas/New Year period.

We are here to help!
Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries or would like to arrange an earlier settlement date.
