ALERT – The REIQ & Queensland Law Society have released new Contracts
Effective from 1 December 2010, is a new House & Land Contract Version 8 and a new Contract for Residential Lots in a Community Titles Scheme Version 4. It is recommended that the correct and current version of the Contracts are used from 1 December 2010. The most significant change to the Contracts is the inclusion of the new swimming pool safety compliance requirements:
