Prohibition on Letting – No Pool Safety Certificate

Did you know that there is a prohibition on letting a property where there is no pool safety certificate?

Owners of properties are not permitted to lease the property where there is a pool but no valid pool safety certificate. Very high penalties will apply for owners that fail to comply with this requirement.
