Swimming Pool Safety Certificate

If there is a pool on the property and a valid pool safety certificate has been issued, does the pool inspector and pool inspection date section of the contract need to be completed on the contract?

No. The pool inspector and pool inspection date only need to be completed if there is no swimming pool safety certificate issued on the property.

TIP: If there is a pool and there is no valid swimming pool safety certificate, leaving the pool safety inspector and pool inspection date section of the contract blank automatically makes the pool inspection date due the earlier of either the building and pest date or 2 business days prior to settlement.
