Is there any information that the Seller should provide to the Buyer after signing the Contract but before Settlement?
The Seller has an ongoing duty to provide certain information to the Buyer after a Contract has been entered into but before settlement has been effected. The Seller should provide to the Buyer copies of documents about unregistered easements, information regarding continuing tenancies to allow the Buyer to manage the property after settlement, their dates of birth to allow a Buyer to undertake a search of the Personal Properties and Securities Register, and any updated information on any matter where previous information that has been given has changed.
