31 Aug When the buying entity is a Company
Q- Did you know that a registered company has the same legal rights to purchase property as an individual?
A- A registered company is considered a legal entity just like an individual person and as such they can purchase property in their own right. To make this work, make sure the buyer has a copy of their company records to prove who the Company Directors are who have authority to act on behalf of the company. Companies are not exempt from the usual checks and balances so it is important that this is at the ready. If you do not have copies of a recent company search, do not worry, we can order one for you!
