20 Apr Signing of Contract by Electronic Means
The law requires that all Contracts in relation to the Sale of Land are in writing and signed by the parties it is to be enforced against. In current times there is the ability for Contracts to be signed electronically. There are certain requirements when signing electronically that must be met to ensure that the Contract is enforceable and parties should be aware of the risk of fraud when Contracts are being signed in this manner.
