Cooling Off over the Christmas period

What happens to the Cooling Off clause over the Christmas period?

Any cooling off period that falls between the 27th to the 31st of December will still fall during this period of time and will not automatically move to the next business day pursuant to the standard terms of the REIQ Contract. As many law firms and real estate offices are closed during the Christmas and New Year period it is critical for any Buyer that wants to cool off during this period they ensure that their Legal Representative is able to take instructions from them during this period. If their office intends on closing, please ensure instructions are given no later than their last business day of trading before Christmas.

We are here to help. Please contact our office should you require any assistance.

We believe the success of our business comes from treating you as an important business associate, and providing you with as much support as possible in dealing with your clients. This means providing you with the highest level of service, efficient turnaround of contracts, and quick, hassle-free responses to your individual needs.
